Founded in 2001 by Matt Rogers as a division of Rogers Manufacturing, RMI Golf Carts is a family-owned business with deep roots in Johnson County. Matt's brother Mike and his parents, Carol and Steve, later joined the company. The dealership began in a small building on Santa Fe in Olathe. As the customer base and inventory grew, it moved in 2007 to its current home on 156th Street, which offered room for a larger showroom, parts department, and service center. The company also operates a service-only location in Parkville, Missouri.
Serving the Kansas City metro area, RMI sells new and used E-Z-GO golf carts and utility vehicles. It also provides service, parts, and rentals. Visitors can test drive carts and work with the staff to design a custom build of their own. The team believes golf carts are useful well beyond the course, whether for neighborhood cruising or hauling materials around a property.
Having grown into one of the largest golf cart dealers in the Midwest, RMI uses its purchasing volume to secure strong pricing and passes those savings along to customers.
